Robowars at the Rail Workshops
On 21–22 March 2026, Australia’s toughest fighting robots took over Queensland Museum Rail Workshops in North Ipswich as part of World Science Festival Queensland. Builders from across the country put their machines through a series of high-energy battles inside the Robowars arena.
The one-hour sessions combined engineering skill, tactics and raw robot power, while the wider Robots & Rocketry Community Day gave families more ways to explore coding, 3D printing, robotics and space technology.
